Terms of Service

AIG plans and runs virtual events for aesthetic practices and provides this portal to manage your event, share the assets we build for you, and view your results.

If you choose to share account access so we can post for you, you grant AIG permission to use that access only to prepare and run your event. You can revoke it at any time, and we remove stored credentials once they are no longer needed.

Your event package is billed as agreed with your AIG team. Optional add ons (such as content repurposing) are billed through our payment processor at the price shown when you purchase. If something is not right with a charge, contact us and we will make it right.

You keep all rights to your brand, your content, and the patient relationships from your event. AIG keeps all rights to its own templates, tools, and the portal itself. The campaign assets we build for your event are yours to use for your event.

We work hard to make your event a success and to keep the portal running smoothly. We cannot promise a specific number of registrations, leads, or bookings, since results depend on many factors including your follow up. The portal is provided as is, and to the extent the law allows, AIG is not liable for indirect or incidental losses arising from its use.

We may update these terms as the service grows. If we make a meaningful change, we will note it here with a new updated date.
