He will walk you through your shot list and answer anything before you press record. Before you film Turn your phone SIDEWAYS. Everything films horizontal except the teaser. Start and end every clip with 2 seconds of stillness and a slight smile. That pause is what makes the edit look professional. Quiet treatment room: music off, phones silent, countertops clear, no windows or TVs behind you. Stay within 6 feet of the presenter and tap their face on screen to focus. Talk like you would to a patient. Relaxed beats rehearsed, never read from a script. Send raw footage only. No filters, no time lapse, no edits. A little over the suggested time is fine. Never trash a good take. A phone, a quiet room, and about an hour is all this takes. The finished presentation runs 8 to 10 minutes. Pro tip: studio quality sound from your iPhone Before you film: open Settings, tap Camera, tap Recorded Sound, choose Spatial Audio. After each clip: open the clip in Photos, tap Edit (left of the trash can), tap Audio Mix, switch Standard to Studio, tap Done.
